Saida acted for our family in the sale of our house near Lliber, the house was twenty years old and at the time of the build not all the paperwork was filed properly.  This made for a tricky sale as the original paperwork needed to be corrected prior to the sale.  This added time and complexity to the transaction – throughout Saida was excellent in her communication between all parties and at all times kept our family’s interests foremost.  The sale went through as expected but without the attention afforded by Saida we doubt the sale would have happened.  We should say at this point it was all the harder as we were in the UK and unable to travel to Spain.
